Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 We use Royal Mail Tracked and Insured and DPD Local services for our deliveries.  We despatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and our despatch cut off time is 15:30 each working day.

We offer the following shipping services;

  • ROYAL MAIL
  • Next Day Special Delivery Before 1pm (Delivered Mon - Sat excluding Bank Holidays): £10.95This option is £6.45 if you spend £200 or more
  • Tracked 24 Delivery / First Class Tracked (est. 2-3 Days): £5.50. This option is Free if you spend £200 or more
  • Tracked 48 Delivery / Second Class Tracked (est. 3-7 Days): £4.25 
  • DPD Local* - Next Working Day (not guaranteed), delivery on working days only (Mon-Fri), online tracking, 1 hour delivery time slot, rescheduling options: £7.25

*Any orders containing Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities, such Gas Refill, Lighter Fluid will be automatically shipped with DPD Local due to transport regulations.

Any orders placed after 15:30 Monday – Thursday will be shipped the next working day. Any orders placed on Friday after 15:30 and Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Bull Brand reserves the right to despatch orders with an alternative courier at no extra cost for our customers and with a similar service.  We provide regular updates when orders are despatched, we also provide a tracking number via email or text message.

Returns

 

Once you have placed your order you are not able to cancel items that have been shipped or return any items that have been opened. You have the right to return other items within 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. If you wish to do this please let us know by emailing us at shop@bullbrand.co.uk.

If you return items in accordance with the above we will refund you the payment received for those item(s) less the cost of delivery and returns. If your order qualified for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the shipping service used from your refund.

If the goods are returned in unsaleable condition we may make a deduction from the refund for loss of value of any goods supplied. We will refund you no longer than 14 days after we receive the goods. We will make the refund using the same payment method used when goods were ordered. We cannot process any refunds until we have received the goods. Please email us if you have any queries.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the procedure for customers to follow in the event that items are damaged or missing from their delivery and they wish to seek a refund. Customers must notify the Business within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if they believe that items from their order are missing. Failure to notify the Business within this specified period may result in the forfeiture of the right to seek a refund for damaged or missing items.

2. Notification Process:

Customers should initiate the notification process by contacting the Business's customer service team via the designated communication channels, which may include email or phone. The customer must provide the following information:

a. Order number

b. Date of delivery

c. List of missing or damaged items with relevant details (e.g., item names, quantities, descriptions)

d. Clear and relevant photographic evidence, if available

3. Verification Process:

Upon receiving the customer's notification and supporting information, the Business will conduct a thorough review to verify the claim of missing items. The Business reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, or documentation to validate the claim.

4. Refund Eligibility:

a. If the Business determines that the customer's claim is valid and substantiated, a refund for the value of the damaged or missing items will be issued to the customer using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

b. The Business is not responsible for refunding any shipping or delivery charges associated with the original order.

c. The Business's determination of the validity of a claim is final and binding.

6. Customer Responsibility:


Customers are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate and complete information when notifying the Business of damaged or missing items. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the denial of the refund claim.
